Overview

Directors’ Camp is an intensive weekend of professional development, intentionally liberated from electronic technology and carefully sequestered on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.  Facilitated by three experienced youth development professionals, Directors’ Camp will provide an authentic camp experience to a select number of participants.  By returning to the core values and practices of traditional camping, you will sharpen your focus, nurture your creativity, and redefine your role as a camp professional.   Put yourself in campers’ shoes (and shirts and cabins!) for a weekend and transform your thinking about what it is you do.

Located in an exceptional sheltered bay with 267 acres of fields and forest and one half-mile of magnificent shoreline on Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.  The camp is in the midst of a pastoral pine grove almost 200 years old, and overlooking the northern part of the lake and allowing beautiful sunsets and views of the surrounding Ossipee Mountain range.
